Frequently Asked Questions
What is your return/refund policy?
Because all of our prints are custom made when ordered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after production begins. In the event your print arrives damaged, please follow the directions below and contact us immediately so we can get you a replacement.
What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
Our print labs are extremely cautious in their packaging process to ensure prints arrive safely. In the rare event your print arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. **Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery to be honored**
Thoroughly inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, it is your right to refuse delivery or open the package and inspect the print before signing for it. If there is significant damage to the packaging or print, please refuse delivery, take at least 6 pictures of the damage from multiple angles and email them to brandonwalkerfineart@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can issue you a replacement.
If you choose to refuse delivery without opening the package due to exterior damage please ensure you send us documentation of the damage - if a package is returned without documentation and the print is undamaged, we will have to charge a reshipment fee.
When opening your package only open along the natural seams of the box or by removing the screws from the crate if applicable. Do not tear or force the packaging - we cannot guarantee the quality of the print if the package is not opened properly
If you discover damage to the print after opening it, keep all of the outer packaging and inner packing materials and send us at least 6 pictures of the damaged packaging and/or print
**COMPLETE ALL THESE STEPS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY** We cannot honor replacement requests after 48 hours
